Helions Forge is made up of a small team of artisan metalworkers based just southeast of Cambridge, local to Saffron Walden and Newmarket and continue to develop our creative portfolio for customers nationwide. We offer a complete bespoke service, which covers each element of a project, from initial concept to final installation. Our comprehensive design process can range from hand drawn designs to 3D CAD models depending on the type of project in question.
The design stages of the business are crucial as they ensure the product meets our customer’s specifications, as well as ensuring the manufacture and finish of each product is of the highest standard. In the workshop, our skilled craftsmen take the customer’s concept and design, and transform it into a reality. Combining traditional blacksmithing techniques with modern metalworking methods, we are able to construct a wide range of truly unique products that revitalise residential, commercial and public settings.
Over the last three years, we have been lucky enough to take on some incredibly interesting and unique commissions from customers. From crafting a life-sized tree sculpture, to designing and building a stage for a music festival, we have certainly encountered some challenging and exciting projects. We are fortunate to have worked with some amazing customers over the past few years and we have strived to produce finished products that exceed expectations.
